On the login page, click "Forgot your password?". A reset link will be sent to your email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Your payment must first be approved by the centre's finance officer, usually the same day. While your receipt shows "awaiting review", please wait — once approved, the course opens automatically and you are notified.
The reason is shown on the same purchase page. It is usually an unreadable receipt image or an amount that does not match. Fix the problem and submit the receipt again.
Complete the course requirements: lessons, quiz and passing grade. The certificate button then appears on the course page. Before it is issued you fill in an information form. That is what puts your official name on the document.
An issued certificate is never edited. But your centre manager can issue a corrected one with a new number. The old one becomes "superseded". Contact your centre.
First check your internet and refresh the page. If it still does not play, the teacher may not have uploaded the video yet. In that case the lesson stays unpublished. Contact your centre.
Use the language button in the top bar to switch between Dari, Pashto and English. Your choice is saved.
Your centre can set up installment payments for you. The schedule then appears on that course's purchase page. You submit one receipt at a time. Falling behind does not lock your access, but you will receive reminders.
From "Manage courses", click create. Write the title and description in all three languages, then add sections and lessons. Students cannot see the course until you publish it.
A draft is visible only to you and the centre manager. A published course appears in the centre's catalogue and students can enroll.
There are three common reasons. Either the lesson is unpublished, or the course itself is not published. The third: you set a drip release date that has not arrived yet.
Create them in the question bank, or bulk-import several at once. Then pick those questions when building the quiz. Each teacher only sees their own questions.
From the gradebook or the homework page you can see student submissions. You can grade with a rubric and write feedback; the student is notified immediately.
A teacher can only request deletion; the centre manager confirms it. This is deliberate, so a course with real enrollments and payments is never deleted by accident.
On your dashboard, the "Set up your centre" card shows the first four steps. Those steps are: name and logo, payment account, your first teacher, and your first course. Once all four are done, the card hides itself.
Add a member from "Manage users". If they already have an account, just enter their email. If not, an account with a starting password is created right there.
If you set the course up as installments, use the "Paid in cash" button on the Tuition installments page. It records an approved payment that appears in your financial report.
From "Tuition installments", build a schedule for that specific student and course. Students never see an installment option themselves — the schedule only appears on their purchase page once you create it.
In "Review payments", use "Refund & cancel" on an approved payment and write a reason. The student loses access and the record stays in your financial report. Only the centre owner and manager see this button.
We warn you 30, 7 and 1 day before the end. After the due date you get a few grace days. During them the centre works fully, with only a warning banner. If no payment is recorded by the end, the centre is suspended automatically.
On your centre dashboard, open "Official invoices" and download the PDF for any subscription payment. It is numbered and print-ready.
Upload the template image (PNG) from settings. Then drag the labels onto the image with your mouse or finger. The labels are the student name, certificate number, date and QR. A step-by-step guide sits at the top of that page.
