Every user must register with accurate information and is responsible for keeping their password safe. Any activity done with your account is recorded under your name; if you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately and let us know.
Enrolling in a course gives you personal, non-transferable access to that course's content. Sharing your account or course content with others is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
Course prices are in Afghanis (AFN). Manual payments are confirmed after review by the finance team. If you have watched less than five percent of a course within three days of purchase, you may request a refund; processing takes up to three business days.
All course content (videos, texts, quizzes, and files) is the property of the training centre or its teachers. Downloading, republishing, or selling content without written permission is prohibited.
Be respectful of others in your reviews and activities. Insults, harassment, spam, or posting illegal content will lead to content removal and, if repeated, account suspension.
Quizzes must be taken personally and without cheating. Certificates are issued only after meeting the course requirements and can be verified with a QR code; if cheating is proven, the certificate is revoked.
Your personal information is used only to provide educational services and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
The CARBONICT Platform may update these terms when needed; the latest version is always published on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept it.
