This page explains what information CarbonICT keeps about you, why, and what rights you have.

Your name, email, phone number, profile photo (if you add one), the courses you enrolled in, grades, attendance, payments and certificates. If the student is a minor, a guardian's name and number may also be recorded — that is optional too.
To enrol you in courses, record grades and attendance, issue valid certificates, and keep the center's accounts. No information is sold for advertising or given to third parties.
Putting your photo on a certificate is entirely optional and only happens with your explicit permission. You can ask the center to remove it at any time; the certificate is regenerated without the photo and remains valid.
As long as your account is active. After you delete your account, your personal information is anonymised, but payment rows and certificate serial numbers remain (without your name) — because the center's accounts and the validity of already-issued certificates depend on them.
You can download a full copy of your data at any time, or delete your account. Both are done from your profile page.
